The Elite Training Centre High Performance programme (ETC HP) is a programme set up for the highest calibre of grassroots player. Solely designed for those who we strongly believe have the potential to break through into the professional game.

ETC HP offers players professional coaching and unique experiences.

HP Training

Training is held on a termly schedule corresponding to that of an academic year; there is no training during school half terms.

Players involved in ETC HP will train twice a week.

Feedback

Feedback is a fundamental tool assisting development.

Players in the HP programme will receive feedback on a regular basis.

Grassroots

Players invited to join the HP programme may still play grassroots football. Every effort will be made to ensure the HP programme does not conflict with this. However, on occasion, players may be invited to attend weekend fixtures.

Places

Places on the HP programme are by invite only and awarded at the discretion of senior ETC staff. All players involved will be subject to an end of year review. Places are awarded on a 12 month rolling basis. The ETC reserve the right to release players at the end of the agreed 12-month period.
